Security of payment – SAT cannot review adjudicator's decision not to dismiss

The Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Western Australia has held that the State Administrative Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to review an adjudicator's finding of jurisdiction under the Construction Contracts Act 2004 (WA) (ie not to dismiss an adjudication application).
